Towards a mental revolution and not a citizen?

I am very surprised by the fact that people so far do not react by the irresponsible economic management of this government to the citizen's revolution. Citizens who voted for President Correa expected their living standards improve with policies that would lead the nation towards sustainable development where productivity and why were the guidelines that long-awaited change.
citizens expect corruption and ties were completed, but within his administration has been bad elements and acts committed by them has clouded your project.
Citizens expect that dollarization was strengthened by the free market specific strategies and a responsible austerity. (The austerity does not mean letting the poor are marginalized more of a good leader knows that it is helping you in the long run). The global financial crisis is an exogenous factor that helps make the hole bigger the bag, ie that is a lie put all the blame for the crisis, but rather allows us to address the crisis into a real economy. Save in times of plenty to withstand any crisis is a policy not implemented in this administration.
Citizens expect that social security is handled technique where each of the members know the fate of each of their dollars and that they are securely protected and are the savings of a lifetime that nobody has any right to take force.
If the citizen's revolution means that citizens of a country we must be content to live in an environment of legal and economic uncertainty, fear of reprisals, handouts, of folly, violations of individual rights; Subsequently, this revolution has only been in the history and as a simple letterhead of a political movement.
Do you think that a rightist government has lasted two years in power using the same policy of the revolutionaries Socialists? Neither came six months, but the usual agitators are now allies of the government and have become complicit in their abuse of power.
Lord Acton's dictum is a good reference in these times where the ruling is believed to head of all branches of government. Thus, this great teacher and philosopher wisely told us: "Power tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely." The power is not eternal and history will pass the bill to President Correa whose debt will be bigger than its predecessors which were constantly denigrated in their rhetoric as usual. Instead of the citizen's revolution we have the Ecuador (individuals who voted and not by mail) as a constituent a president's mental revolution to keep from wrapping on outdated theories, it sounds pretty plausible to the ear but it is not pleasant for pockets.
